We are amending our Bylaws and refiling our Certificate of Incorporation. From now on customers can purchase memberships as investors in Austin Bamboo Inc for discounts and annual dividends. We will also work on publishing a newsletter. After studying and training with us you can take a test to become an apprentice member with voting rights.
